Shipping Policy

We ship orders within Poland and to the countries available for selection in our online store. Available delivery methods, their cost, and the estimated delivery time are shown at checkout.

Orders are shipped via InPost or other carriers available in the store. Depending on the selected delivery method, your order may be delivered to a parcel locker, a pickup point, or the address provided at checkout.

Orders are prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days, unless a different lead time is stated on the product page. This applies in particular to pre-order items or pieces made in limited quantities.

Please add the carrier’s delivery time to the order preparation time. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information.

If an order contains several products with different lead times, the order will be shipped according to the longest stated lead time.

Shipping costs are added to the order unless otherwise stated in the store.
