Returns Policy

If you are a consumer, or an individual entrepreneur entitled to consumer rights under applicable Polish law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving your order.

To make a return, please contact us by email at studio@hafte.studio or send a written withdrawal statement to: HAFTÉ, ul. Hoża 39/104, 00-681 Warsaw, Poland.

The product must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you inform us of your withdrawal from the contract. The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

Returned products should be complete, clean, and free from signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, cosmetics, or damage. Please return the product with its tags and in the original packaging, if the packaging was included with the order.

For hygiene reasons, please try on nightgowns only over clean underwear and take care to avoid contact with cosmetics, perfume, and makeup.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the customer expressly requests another refund method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or proof that it has been sent back.

The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

The right to withdraw from the contract may not apply in cases provided for by law, in particular to products made to the customer’s individual specifications or products supplied in sealed packaging that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the packaging has been opened.
